The Yoga Shred is the first program to blend yoga mindfulness with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). While a yoga practice activates slow-twitch muscle fibers and builds endurance, Yoga Shred – Inspired flows targets fast-twitch muscle fibers which tighten and tone your body and optimizes your cardio capacity.
This is a new way to practice yoga, physically challenging yet perfectly blended to create a mindful practice.
